Refund Policy

Returns
We genuinely hope you are happy with your order, but if you have a change of heart and wish to make a return, please email us at:

sales@opheliainteriordesign.com within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. This applies to all the packaging, including the inner protective packaging used to secure the items.

If your return is accepted, you will have 7 days to return the item to us, from the date you first requested a return. Instructions will be emailed to you on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable for unwanted items.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us (with the exception where the item is damaged, faulty or the incorrect item has been received). We suggest you use a tracked or recorded returns service, as we are not liable for parcels missing or damaged in transit.

If the item becomes lost in transit, we will not be able to refund you, therefore it is your responsibility to ensure the items are fully insured before returning.

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note, refunds may take 7-10 days to show in your account. 

Exchange
If you wish to request an exchange please email us at sales@opheliainteriors.com however, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which is required to be a tracked returns service and new shipping fees for the replacement product will apply.

Faulty/Damages
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please report this to us at sales@opheliainteriors.com within 7 days of receipt, along with photographic images of the damaged product/s and the packaging and we will endeavour to send out a replacement to you as soon as reasonably possible, providing the item is in stock.

Please also provide us with the following:

– Full name and original Delivery address
– Purchase order number
– Date of Delivery

 We do not accept refunds on our artwork as these are bespoke items.
