Delivery Policy
£4.95 as standard – Free on orders over £50.
Currently orders can only be placed and delivered within the UK.
We aim to dispatch every parcel within 7 working days – during busy seasonal periods this may be slightly longer.
In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed we will contact you through the email provided at checkout.
All orders will be dispatched to the delivery address that is specified by you, so please ensure that this is correct at checkout.
We will not be held liable for any delays if the delay or failure arises from any causes beyond our and our chosen Delivery Partners’ reasonable control.

If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the Goods at the Delivery Location, we may charge the reasonable costs of redelivering them. The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or Customer collection. You must, if reasonably practicable, examine the Goods before accepting them.

Please note once your order is dispatched, it is deemed out of our control and we cannot take any responsibility for parcels which arrive late (or early) as long as we dispatched within our stated timescales.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS IF:
– YOU OR YOUR RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL
– YOU ENTER AN INCOMPLETE, PARTIAL, OR INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT
– YOUR DELIVERY IS DELAYED DUE TO ANYTHING OUT OF OUR CONTROL
– YOU OR YOUR RECIPIENT ARE AWAY AT TIME OF DELIVERY
